Typical End Unit (lower level parking garage not shown)

The CHC Center has submitted new plans to build apartment units on 19 acres of woodlands in Hawthorne and Wyckoff.

This may result in more water runoff, increased traffic congestion on Sicomac and Cedar Hill Avenues, increased low-income housing requirements for Hawthorne and Wyckoff and would create a major eyesore on our landscape.

We can save these woods, and save our community from irresponsible plans.  Please join us...
